Colored Fillings

In the past, teeth were filled with a mixture of different metals. Tooth colored fillings, also called white fillings, are dental fillings that restore and mimic the natural appearance of tooth structure. Not only do tooth-colored fillings offer an aesthetic alternative to “silver” (dental amalgam), they may also allow for a more conservative treatment method that preserves more of the tooth's structure.
